The swimming pool was closed because under total renovation, but when i made the reservation it did not mention the pool was closed.i choose this hotel had a good size swimming pool according to the photo.

This place should be rent a room.Not spa. Nothing was open. Pool closed. Only floor 5 and maybe 1 was open for customers. Also in room you couldnt read book,because lights where broken. I will never go this place again. Even for free.

It could have been better if we had the upper room that we wer looking for.We missed our flight because it was soooo far from the airport.but all in all everything was so good.staff was very friendly.

Excellent clean room and shower area. Easy access to the swimming pool. Breakfast selection very good. Reception and all staff were very helpful.

The hotel was nice with a nice pool and the rooms were also big and had a good pool view. And also a really nice balcony to relax.

The improvements to make was the cleanliness of the rooms and there were insects nearby the room.

It's ok price. You get what you pay for. Also close to convenience store which you can buy almost everything. And there are food places around in the walking distance too.

The elervator is very tiny

More reasonably priced food offerings would have been nice. And it needs to be noted there is NOT free WiFi in rooms.

I chose this hotel because I have used the swimming pool on many previous visits and for this visit had to stay in a hotel. It was exactly where I wanted it to be location-wise. The breakfast was more Asian than European so I didn't bother.

The in room WiFi (which you had to pay for) was very up and down and frustrating. There is a kettle in the room but no cups, coffee or tea.

On arrival having booked a villa with a large bed we were shown to a villa (a bungalow) with two singles. Then told that no double villas available. Then I went to complain to the manager and one suddenly became available. Door didn't open properly, basic room, breakfast aimed at the many Chinese tourists.

Excellent value for money huge room comfy beds excellent staff. Massive pool. Just a bit out of the way, so don't book if you've come for the night life. Or you will lose what you save staying here on taxis. Would stay again and happy to recommend. Great if you want peace and quite.

To far from beaches and night life.

Large swimming pool, and resort style locations for the rooms. Swimming pool is very big and also has a kiddies area next to it. Although they could do with adding some more loungers to accommodate the number of people who want to use the pool area.

Upon arrival front counter service wasn't great. Booking images showed a room with a queen size bed and a single bed next to it; however, the beds were two singes that kept moving apart. Breakfast was disappointing (especially given we paid extra for it), very little selection available. I appreciate the hotel gears itself up for a large element of Chinese, but the breakfast was still very limited. At dinner in the restaurant, which is open plan. Lots of mosquito around early evening time and got bitten many times. Inquired with waiting staff if they had something to prevent the mosquitoes from buzzing around us and got ignored. Persevered and asked another person who laughed it off and then said "no have"..... Can't believe that we would have been the first people to have asked for this? As a side note, the food wasn't great and again quite expensive. Parking was also very limited on-site (approx 16 spaces) and on one return to the resort we had to park the car away from the main car park area which then made for a long trek to the room. Sadly what promised to be a nice "resort" type hotel delivered only just average satisfaction. Given the choice in Pattaya we will look to stay elsewhere next time.

The hotel room is ok but the problem was the staffs. First they promise a extra bed but then when we arrive they did not have for us we book three rooms and two rooms with extra bed but they did not have it and say it was out of stock so we ask what can you offer us they said only sorry and will see if we can get for the next night of staying. After that we ask for pillow and towel since we check in time pass by until we came back to to room around mid night we ask for pillow and towel they said the house keeping went home already We were like so pissed cause we ask since we checked in! In the morning we need to buy breakfast ticket which is 170Baht thats fine. On the second night they add extra bed for us and in the second morning only two of went for breakfast cause we did not wanna spent another 170Baht cause the food was bad. When we check out they charge more for extra bed for 500Baht so I said we did not go for breakfast is there discount the staff said i already talk to the restaurant already they guess can go for breakfast but I told the staff did you inform the customer? she said no but she wanna charge use full 500Baht at last we get 100 Baht discount but we have to pay 170 Baht for breakfast ticket!!! Hate the service here!
